great location, right on Kö and only a minute walk to Aldstadt, the staff is so friendly comparing to other branches we stayed the night before, Valet parking is very convenient, the room is nice and clean

there is no doubt that is the best location of the city. the Hotel is a classic, the rooms are ultra comfortable. The breakfast and the restaurants are perfect.

I will start with the Staff they were very lovely and friendly. The location is excellent. The room was spacious and very quiet Everything was nice and I will go back ⬅️ for sure.

The location of the hotel is the best in Dusseldorf. All the staff from the welcoming service of the parking service, the reception, waiters and housekeeping was phenomenal, I am coming back to this hotel very soon. I cant forget to mention that the rooms are so well insulated that no noice could disrupt my sleep

Service was awesome! Had to get my car out of a nearby parking garage, which was locked. Bellhop handled it quickly and with ease. Needed to get laundry done, and was planning to do so on Nov 1 - a holiday in Germany. Front desk handled it beautifully. Clothes were washed, ironed, and back in my room within 4 hours! Impressive!

The best hotel in town, superb location for shoppers and opera lovers. Try to book one of the renovated rooms if available. Breakfast is first class, fresh orange juice and the best croissants outside of France. Everyone working in this hotel is a proud professional and very friendly, including valet parking, hotel staff and waiters.

Amazing breakfast and the staff is extremely friendly. I had a bit of a nostalgic moment, as the old time smell of the hotel reminded me of my late grandmother´s home.

steigenberger gives you that 5 star feeling right from the start: a valet taking over our car as we were confused where to ‘leave’ it. And thru our stay, this mentality of ‘taking care of you continued’.

Lovely staff, Joanne in particular made us feel very special, thank you very much! Great breakfast. They had a leakage/flood problem whilst we were there and I felt very sorry for them. Hopefully it’s sorted now. We go to Düsseldorf every year, we will definitely stay again.
