We loved the Steigenberger Parkhotel Düsseldorf. Iis an exceptional blend of luxury, elegance, and convenience. Its prime location by the Königsallee, spacious and beautifully appointed rooms, outstanding dining, and relaxing spa facilities make it an ideal retreat. The attentive staff and impeccable service elevate the experience, while the hotel’s architecture combines historic grandeur with modern sophistication. I especially loved the ice rink opposite the hotel, surrounded by charming huts offering delicious food and drinks. The area is also filled with lovely restaurants, luxury shops, and beautiful arcades, adding to the appeal of this perfect location. A truly unforgettable stay

The hotel is located across from a nice park but still in the middle of the city. On one side you have the luxury brands and on the other side the more affordable/fast fashion brands. The hotel and its rooms are gorgeous. Very spacious, pretty, extremely clean rooms. The staff is a delight, from the hotel porter, the staff at the front desk, the staff at the breakfast, to the cleaning staff. All so very attentive and pleasant. Without selling anyone short, the staff of the restaurant (Jones Bar) is amazing, so professional but still so friendly and attentive. Remembering your last visit and where you where seated f.e. It was my birthday and the staff arranged a bouquet of flowers, a candle with my dessert and sang happy birthday. I was so pleasantly surprised. The food here is fantastic. This has been my second time at this hotel and I will be back for sure. Thanks to everybody who made our stay such a wonderful experience.

The staff and facilities were fantastic. So much so that I was disappointed that I was traveling for work as I didn’t get the opportunity to enjoy the facilities and surroundings more. Nothing was too much trouble for any of the staff and the food was beautiful and rooms very comfortable and quiet

The hotel is beautiful from the minute you pull up to the front entrance, to lobby and to your room. All very pristine and has everything you could need. The location is also wonderful - centrally located to shops, easy walk to Rheinuferpromenade and Jones Brasserie within the hotel was delicious! We sat on the terrace and it was a perfect way to end the day.

great location, right on Kö and only a minute walk to Aldstadt, the staff is so friendly comparing to other branches we stayed the night before, Valet parking is very convenient, the room is nice and clean
